This is an amazing Dental Center! From the moment we walked in we felt the difference from other dentists we have been to. The building itself is beautiful and you must see the ponds outside, but what we liked the most were the people. From the first person we saw, who gave us a tour to the person at the front desk. Everyone seemed to be happy working there. After meeting with both doctors, we came away feeling very satisfied with arrangements we made.

We moved here because RRFDC came recommended from family. The practice we had, sold to some uncaring individuals from Cali. Well, we couldn't be happier here at RRFDC. There is no pressure to fix something that could wait a little while. I hope this practice is around for many years.

Great experience, I was in for cleaning and tomorrow I was supposed to come back for the installation of my new bridge. Dentist came in said if I could stay a little longer he would do the bridge too, I wouldn't have to come back tomorrow. It took an extra 40 minutes perfect. The cleaning went well as always and so did the bridge.

I have always hated going to the Dentist until I found Rio Rancho Family Dental Care. For 3 years they have helped me maintain my teeth and the visits have been incredible. Dr. Allen has been very gentile and accurate. He has helped me save teeth rather than just pulling them. Staci has cleaned my teeth at each visit and I have never had a more gentile procedure. I was a new patient in September. Went to Dr. Allen for a broken crown. I was so sure I was going to have to have an implant. He was do honest and real as well as his asst . He saved my tooth and I now have a beautiful new crown. Staff are all amazing !!

I have been a patient for many years and have always had the best care from a very kind and courteous staff for routine visits. This morning, a part of my tooth came off so I called Dr. Allen's office. Imagine my surprise when I was given a same day appointment and my tooth was fixed! I was expecting to have to make a follow up appointment because it was so last minute. As usual the entire staff was very professional and caring.

Because of my many unpleasant, previous encounters with dentists and their staff since childhood, I have very little good to say about my past dental experiences. Thanks to Rio Rancho Family Dental Care, I now have good dental experiences to counter-balance the multitude of bad ones in my past. During my recent visit, Stacy did a very nice job of cleaning my teeth and performing the x-rays, and Dr. Grant quickly and appropriately rectified an issue with a tooth that has been problematic for some time (due in part to my avoidance of dentists). The staff was all polite, efficient, and cheerful, and I never once was made to feel like a terrible person who was going to get heart disease, cancer, or die prematurely because I don't floss with any sort of regularity (Gasp!). The staff is very non-judgmental and doesn't treat you like a negligent buffoon because it's been a while since you've seen a dentist. So, in a nutshell, I would say this is the perfect dentist for someone who hates going to the dentist. Although having people prodding, picking, and scraping in my mouth isn't my idea of a great time, Rio Rancho Family Dental Care makes this necessary process as pleasant as it can possibly be, and I can't recommend them more highly.
I won't hesitate to refer my friends and family to Dr. Allen, he and his staff are very friendly and professional. I took my daughter with a toothache and he made the time to take care of the problem. Thanks Dr. Allen.

I just think that the customer service, all the way from Lawrence at the front desk to the dental assistants, and the dentists is top notch. I also appreciate the conversations with Dr Allen about history and current events. He is like an almanac with the information about politics! I love going, which is a real stretch for me, because I generally don't care for dental visits!!

Great experience, I was in for cleaning and tomorrow I was supposed to come back for the installation of my new bridge. Dentist came in said if I could stay a little longer he would do the bridge too, I wouldn't have to come back tomorrow. It took an extra 40 minutes perfect. The cleaning went well as always and so did the bridge.

No pain! Very good at removing a tooth. Very thorough. The assistant was on top of everything. Knows her job well. Office as always complies with all the covid rules. we were in and out within an hour.

We love Rio Rancho Family Dental. We've been going to them for approximately 17 years. After having tried other dental practices, we won't go anywhere else. Both Dr. Allen Sr. and Dr. Allen Jr. are EXCELLENT, as is Kim, our Dental Hygienist. The staff is always courteous and friendly. The office has a pleasant atmosphere. We HIGHLY recommend them for the entire family.

I have always hated going to the Dentist until I found Rio Rancho Family Dental Care. For 3 years they have helped me maintain my teeth and the visits have been incredible. Dr. Allen has been very gentile and accurate. He has helped me save teeth rather than just pulling them. Staci has cleaned my teeth at each visit and I have never had a more gentile procedure. They will be my dental office as long as I live if they are still around. Thanks for all the good care!
I was a new patient in September. Went to Dr. Allen for a broken crown. I was so sure I was going to have to have an implant. He was do honest and real as well as his asst . He saved my tooth and I now have a beautiful new crown. Staff are all amazing !!

I have been a patient for many years and have always had the best care from a very kind and courteous staff for routine visits. This morning, a part of my tooth came off so I called Dr. Allen's office. Imagine my surprise when I was given a same day appointment and my tooth was fixed! I was expecting to have to make a follow up appointment because it was so last minute. As usual the entire staff was very professional and caring.

My hygienist was wonderful, she took very good care of me as the other hygienists did my family. The Dentist was also personable and knowledgeable. I was pregnant during the time of my first visit and everyone took really good care of us.
5 stars is a big deal to me. I abhor doctors. If you’re anything like me, in that doctors make you uncomfortable. I would stop looking around and call this place immediately. From the staff to the facility it is all top tier. The only place I feel comfortable going.

Because of my many unpleasant, previous encounters with dentists and their staff since childhood, I have very little good to say about my past dental experiences. Thanks to Rio Rancho Family Dental Care, I now have good dental experiences to counter-balance the multitude of bad ones in my past. During my recent visit, Stacy did a very nice job of cleaning my teeth and performing the x-rays, and Dr. Grant quickly and appropriately rectified an issue with a tooth that has been problematic for some time (due in part to my avoidance of dentists). The staff was all polite, efficient, and cheerful, and I never once was made to feel like a terrible person who was going to get heart disease, cancer, or die prematurely because I don't floss with any sort of regularity (Gasp!). The staff is very non-judgmental and doesn't treat you like a negligent buffoon because it's been a while since you've seen a dentist. So, in a nutshell, I would say this is the perfect dentist for someone who hates going to the dentist. Although having people prodding, picking, and scraping in my mouth isn't my idea of a great time, Rio Rancho Family Dental Care makes this necessary process as pleasant as it can possibly be, and I can't recommend them more highly.
I won't hesitate to refer my friends and family to Dr. Allen, he and his staff are very friendly and professional. I took my daughter with a toothache and he made the time to take care of the problem. Thanks Dr. Allen.

Nice modern dental office with a great staff. I saw Dr. Candelaria and he provided excellent treatment. Went to them with Delta Dental which they accept but have had to change dentists as they don't accept my current insurance coverage.
Rio Rancho Family Dental and Dr. Allen have been providing our dental care for 10 years. As we are over 60, we have lived in several places and had several different dentists. RRFD has and continues to provide the best dental care we have had. It is our pleasure to write this review. We would recommend their services to anyone, without hesitation.
I refer people all the time to Rio Rancho Family Dental because I have received such great service! I appreciate that they are conservative with their recommendations for dental care unlike other dentists that I have been to! I take my whole family there, and my kids don't mind going to the dentist.

I had an incident with a nectarine pit that chipped one of my front teeth badly. It had been bonded previously by a different dentist who I wasn't happy with. (Perfect Teeth, not!) RRFD got me in quick, gave me my options and accepted my decision. 15 minutes later, I was paying my bill and walking out with a great front tooth repair. Thanks for the great work!!
